I made the best gains from a Dorian Yates style HIT program where I when t from about 165 to 195 in 10 weeks. Weightys 4-5 days a week and no cardio. Lost BF% and went from about 185 to 245 on bench, 300 to 450 on deadlift, and 235 to 350 on squat.
I must admit that the diet was perfect, and that I really lived and breathed BBing for the 10 weeks. I only partied twice (drank)! Took lots of supplemets like creatine and prohormones but NO STEROIDS. I think that I would have made good gains on any heard and heavy well thought out program, considering the support that I was giving my body with the diet and rest.
