New member
Hi Athletes and Friends I am posting this as a condensation of Pictures for record Purposes.
Client "Alpha" was Transformed Via "The OMEGA Project" which I developed over the last couple years.

The Change you are about to see took Place in less then ONE YEAR.

Good shit OMEGA! Excellent progress! What calf routine were you implimenting? My calves are really the only lagging part I have and those bitches grow like a rock erodes; slow as hell. (sorry, been watching How the Earth was Made on discovery channel :))

So when you gonna move to Atlanta and make me the second test subject for The Omega Project??? :)

I would say "perfect" one calf exercise and do it till broke, if you cannot feel the muscle working dont do it.

do this e 3 days

Seating? Standing? Doesn't that change the head it works?

And do you mean 1 set, do it 'till I can't, for each calf? Or a few sets of this?

"the head" thing I consider a myth, sure there is the gastroc and soleus but as a matter of function the whole calf works in unison, look at a cyclists calves

Good info man :). Thanks again my friend! Always a great help!

lol its cool bro..dont bother me a bit . anyways u got numbers for him? like starting/finshing weight/bodyfat.. although his bodyfat looks very minimal at any stage

Have you started "stage two" yet? I believe you last posted that your "Alpha Male"! was taking a break & then resuming in the New Year. What have you planned for him? Do you just work with lean muscle gains or would you consider bulking as traditionally is done in BBing circles then cutting down. I know you are an asthetic man, Omega, but can your guy push out any more size without gaining some BF. We all know how hard this regime is. If you have the secret to this, no bullshit, please feel free to enlighten us!! Hey, impressive work anyway. My 19 year old trainee has just topped 103kg(226lbs) but we are going more traditional size first then cut back to look at muscularity, lagging parts, & symetery in stage two.

I am also very curious to see what sups and drugs he is talking?

Yes you will!

I just started this program natty, its awesome.

Im curious about the kids' shoulder routine. What were the excercises, sets and reps? There was dramatic improvement in shoulder width, and fullness of muscle bellies.

exactly!

best gains ever ( especially strength) can be had with SUPPLEMENTS with proper intensity, diet, and rest.
Easy

I never mention the drug equation because its moot.
The Young many gained a handful of pounds IN the right places.
Any one can do that assuming your endocrine system is normal.

we went for "Illusion NOT delusion"

I like seeing posts like this!

Congrats for having a guy like that to train Omega!

I feel very lucky:)

I have 2 more prime Candidates

1 female and 1 male

I am eager to replicate and then show the progress
:artist:

The pics are impressive omega BUT one thing about them.
anyone can show a chest shot, or a arm shot in a tight tshirt, a camera looking down on shoulders to make that person appear big and shaped with the proper angle

What I want to see the the whole thing, him set up just as if he were on stage straight on ,front double bicep ,front lat spread, rear double bicep ,ect
to guage proportions correctly

good points

unfortunately he got jumped this week by 10 guys and they broke his nose.

they are being hunted by the law as we speak....

oh lord poor fella ,instead of the muscle you should have tuaght him self defense

What's also impressive about his evolution, Omega, is the fact that you kept his bf% the same or nearly the same.

wish i could pry some scheckels from my wif's tight fist-- love to do it, my 41 yo ass could use a bit of transforning

Thank you Sir:)

I will try to "Prove" this once a year with a new Client

so mid 2009 should be a new Person ( male or female) if i can find one willing to do the work

Might train the Young man once more too.

Damn good results.

Good question... I don't see if it was answered.

It is important to know especially when selling the "omega project", can everyone expect to get these "results", or will they have to take some kind of AAS to get there?

Also what were his before stats, BW, lifts? etc. and after stats. It looks like he stayed the same size but lost a lot of Bf. You say under one year, how long exactly, 6 month's, 8 month's, 11 month's?

thx.

That sucks that he got jumped, especially in a pack mantality like that.

chazk said:

It's hard to focus on 2 different things (weight training and martial arts). Unless you don't have a job and are able to devote most of your time to either training or learning some kind of self defense most people have to choose one or the other.

I would love to train both, but there just isn't enough time in the day.

Not impressive imo. You took a guy with a decent muscle base then shredded him down to a lower weight. I can tell that the guy has little core strength simply by the size of his waist, everyone who lifts serious weight has a thick core.

I guess maby if that guy actually trained for functional strength he could of got away from the people who jumped him without sustaining a broken nose instead of looking jacked but being relatively weak.

Strength>Looks

It's impossible to build a large amount of muscle overnight and I'm convinced that a slower approach is the way to a huge, strong body.

omega posted up his lifts a few months ago. yea they aren't high and he admitted that. and yea you are right his core and functional strength leave alot to be desired. but if aesthetics is what floats his boat so be it then.

i am like you - i like to be big and strong and now a little leaner as well, but that's my goal.

to each his own.

PS: looking forward to the chick pics :D

Yeah, my post wasn't an actual knock. I just think if your going to spend hours in the gym every week you might as well gain some decent functional strength from it.

I understand that he was training totally for looks though. I still like to see what other people accomplish but it's quite clear that he didn't gain much muscle mass and he mostly just a lot leaner and with high tiny waist and decently developed arms and chest he looks pretty big. I'm betting his quads are pathetic seeing as how Omega conveniently overlooked that area completely on him.

The more I look at bodybuilders I figure out the more they rely on certain visual measures to make them look impressive and without them they are nothing. But to each their own and I wish them the best of luck irregardless if you want to be huge or look like a anatomy chart.

Unlike the movies, I don't care who you are. Getting away from 10 men unscathed is not an easy feat to say the least. Even with some kind of self defence training your best bet is to get in one or 2 punches to stun them and get the fuck out of there. 1 vs 10 are not good odds.

agreed.... at best you can get in a few punches or pick up a rock and do what you have to do... if you are lucky just 2 or 3 max are going to have any guts while the others are there just for support....

argh I am too tired to argue lol

'wtf' is all i can say lol :)

I can understand not wanting to argue.

But can you answer the simple question of weather or not AAS was used?

This board is very open, it is openly discussed on this board. I don't see any reason to hide from this question.

Posting pics, talking about the omega project and how god the results are, but leaving out curtial information like that is kind of a farce.

As a potential customer I would like to know if I have to introduce AAS to my body, before I pay for the omega project. I would not want to pay money and then find out the omega project is not just about good training, and healthy eating.

thx.

Indeed, I would probably run away like mad. Only way I would fight is if it was the only option.

True. If you get in a good punch (the other guy doesn't know how to fight) and drop one guy, the rest will probably think you're insane and run away, lol

If not, throw a few punches and get the fuck out of there. All it takes is one sucker punch, bat, skate board to the back of the head and you're screwed.

lol. I'm not debating (or trying to debate). I just don't understand why Omega is hiding from a simple question. It takes away from the entire project and the accomplishments by leaving out some parts of the equation.

If he used some AAS, good. We all know that it still takes hard work and dicapline (sp?) (especially to reduce BF that juch) no mater what you are taking. There is no magic drug that makes you ripped without hard work.

If he is Natty, even better.

But either way it's nothing to hide.

Avoiding the question all together takes away from the accomplishment.

It is about healthy eating and training, the training is the hugest thing you gain from the omega project. the training is very intense. As far as strength gains go, I would gaurantee that client alpha GAINED alot of strength weather his current numbers are through the roof or not, I know I myself have gained massive amounts of strengths in nearly every area in as little as eight weeks.

Omega is the real deal, take it as you will. I don't really see why you're so caught up on if it's ASS or not.. or what maybe he was on alot of creatine.. who knows.. All I do know, is there have been alot of good bros in the omega project who have gained leaps and bounds over what they have been able to achieve in years of training improperly (the non omega way) by training properly (the omega way) and all naturally to boot.

I know Omega doesn't care who does take his advice and who doesn't, He will gladly aid the willing who want to listen to him and practice his methods, those who just want to argue with him and try to tell him why his practiced and proven methods are wrong or incorrect, well, he'll just politely ignore those people and let them continue to train less efficiently.

Omega's training is bodybuilding he's offering an image overhall, he's not making obsecure promises that you'll be as godly strong as a powerlifter and bench 500lbs in 12 weeks, that's not his style.

He'll make you look like a ferrari instead of the more powerlifting style like a dump truck.

Who cares if client alpha is huge or not, his GAINS from his tiny frame are very impressive in that amount of time, and I fucking guarantee you, the bitches drool over his hot body everytime he takes his shirt off, they probably magically drop out of thier panties too.

Anyhow, I've personally noticed massive increases in strength and I look a fuck of alot better then I did eight weeks ago, that's without question. I also know about 10 fold about training then I ever have from years of trail and error other personal trainers, some even great athletes themselves.

The Omega Project IS the real deal.

Ask yourself, would you rather look ripped jacked sexy motherfucka, who can maybe only bench 225, 12 times, but you LOOK like you can rip car doors off, or be able to bench 350 8 times but look like a dump truck.

Illusion not Delusion sir.

no hiding

AAS are moot relative to the training and supplementation

its THAT simple

The Young man megadoses of bcaas, glutamine peptide, creatine DAILY ( rawmcc) and Lipoflame and ate SUPER clean we were meticulous in discipline

but I dont share the supps to avoind the spam feel

i am an advanced trainer. i've been weight training \ bb'ing for
12 consecutive years. i've been involved in fitness \ martial
arts on and off for 30 years.

i have studied bodybuilding philosophies and employed many
different styles of training throughout the years.

a month ago, i started utilizing some info i got from omega.
we've had several phone conversations and email correspondence.

i am ASTOUNDED by the results. i have never encountered anything
that compares to this form of training. it's so simple, i kick myself
in the ass, because i didn't figure it out on my own lol. simple but
brilliant. i always knew that omega and i shared some of the same
ideas about weight training relative to bb'ing, but he has assimilated
the information into a practical training style. razor precision body
sculpting.

in all fairness i am not the norm. i have the ability to immediately
comprehend and apply his instructions. the muscle - mind connection
is 2nd nature to me after years of intense training and i am no stranger
to the lexicon of the bb'ing trade.

of course there will be skeptics. all men with radical ideas encounter
skepticism and scoffers. people who challenge the status quo will be
ridiculed and second guessed. the old guard dies hard lol

if one can put aside prejudice and check their ego, this program
will do wonders for them. i don't believe it's for everybody. this is
some SERIOUS shit. you have to have discipline and dedication.
this man knows more about bodybuilding and getting results than
anybody i have ever met.

dude the PL guys looking like dump trucks - we've been over this argument before and it's not a very nice thing to say. just because your goal is different, don't start pissing on someone else who's achieved their own goal....

No one has even questioned the training, I don't know what his training methods are, he hasn't mentioned it so how can I comment on it? No one mentioned anything about the training.

Strentgh gaines are different. Some only think it's a good accomplishment if someone can bench 400lbs, squat 600, deadlift 700. But I believe any Pr lift is just as important as the next. If someone went form benching 135 to 185, that is still impressive as it shows gains. I personally am not looking for big numbers at all, sure they are impressive, but any decent gain is an accomplishment.

Omega is the real deal, take it as you will. I don't really see why you're so caught up on if it's ASS or not.. or what maybe he was on alot of creatine.. who knows..

Because regardless of how you want to present it, the use of AAS is a huge part of the equasion. It is a huge advantage over people that are natural. All the supplements in the world don't give as much gain as AAS does. It is a big part of the equasion and should not be left out when talking about the success or failure of a project such as this.

Ask yourself, would you rather look ripped jacked sexy motherfucka, who can maybe only bench 225, 12 times, but you LOOK like you can rip car doors off, or be able to bench 350 8 times but look like a dump truck.

Illusion not Delusion sir.

Personally I'd like to be somewhere in between. I am not a fan of "all show and no go" for anything. I don't just ride a motorcycle (sportbike) and try to look cool, I go out and actually race. I don't put stickers on my car, make it look fast. I go to the track and actually drag race it.

Same goes with lifting. I lift to look good and for actual strength. There is nothing better then doing a lift and have everyone in the gym watching you, even guys bigger then you as they can't do it. And at the same time the "side effect" of getting stronger is putting on muscle, and with low BF you look f'n good and you have the strength to back it up.

And loose the stereotype about power lifters. I could say that all bodybuilders are weak little panzies, but that is not the case for all bodybuilders. Just like not all Poewerlifters are carry a lot of BF. There are ripped power lifters, and there are actually strong Body builders. General statements lie that are just ignorant.

I'm not here to flame, bash, call out (or what ever) OMEGA, I'm not here to take anything away from his training/ project. I am simply asking to know the entire equation and a if AAS was used, it is a big part of the equation.

AAS is a part of supplementation, on it's own it will give you better results then any other supplementation. It is a major part of the entire equation. It is important to know if it is part of your project or not.

I do understand that, and understand there may have been some issues with that in the past, but screw anyone that has a problem with it. If that is what they used (the supplements listed above), then that is what they used, it's not spam, it's fact. I don't see any problem with you telling people the supplements your clients used in the process, even if it helps you financially.

I'm sure we both feel the same way Omega when I say your wisdom and friendship has honoured us, and our presence and contributions are so minimal in comparision to yours, but thank you for your kind words. =)

Illusion...not...delusion...
So if i inject mass quantities of AAS intramuscularly and pay my little commisioned check (thanks Randy) to OMEGA then I too can delude myself and get beaten up!

I keed, I keed!!
But seriously, who here HASN'T read at least a dozen threads from OMEGA that they have incorporated into their routines? For that reason alone I know that I might not end up looking like his prodigy but I look a hell of a lot better than before I came to this board.
All told it was the multitude of good bros with experience and knowledge of all the wrong ways to do it that got me going in the right direction and for that EF is my home.
