Yep, I understand and I think this was a wonderful and generous gesture made by the donor. A great person, BTW.
did the whole retainer get raised? I didn't read the whole thing....jngr has multiple benefactors, cool deal 
money is still coming in. I don't have exact total yet, and probably won't til the first part of the week cuz some people (the old farts) don't have paypal and had to send snail mail.
We do however have enough to put the deposit on the retainer down to get the lawyer started. I'm pretty sure we'll have enough people contribute to cover the legal expenses.
