What's strange is, if I already had sole custody the ex doesn't even have her the required legal amount she's be entitled to, which is every other weekend and I think one day per week. But if I push for full custody somehow it'd make me look bad in court? She doesn't a) seem to want her that much or b) have the ability to have her that much. I'll go over all of my options Thursday when I have my meeting.

I wish you all the luck bro. I've recently met with my atty as well about obtaining full custody. It's something that takes at least up to a year to complete and as you know can get pretty damn ugly. My baby momma doesn't sound as bad as yours but I know I could provide a much better home for her. I truly commend you on your fight for your daughter nev. Fathers that fight for time/custody are few and far between now a days and it's so refreshing to see another so passionate for parental involvement. PM me your addy and I'll mail u a check niglet.
