ok thankyou for help mate, i have read and posted alot but its quite confusing for the beginner as alot of info contradicts one another and its hard to ascertain whats most appropriate.
Some say clomid is awful and ful of eastrogen others sware by it, will continue my research and try to formulate a new cycleplan

Clomid is a great option for a SERM. Its Nolva that you want to stay away from
