The move from hell!

Well I am back from the move. (and the dead!) Check this shit out! My GF was married to a doctor. Her house was like 5000 sq/ft. She never threw anything away it looked like. I told her to get a dumpster a month ago which she did not. We loaded the truck (25' box truck!) on Friday. I had to judge a BB show Saturday so we did not move Saturday at all. Sunday morning we started at 7:00am, I did not stop until 5:00am Moday! I slept for 3 hours and then worked 17 more hours strait! We unloaded 20 yards of old toys, books...ect at the dump! I loaded and unloaded the truck 4 fucking times! It put a guy that is 22yo in the hospital it wore him down so bad and then he got a virus! I am dead serious that I do not think I could have done it if I was not as loaded as I am on gear! It was the worse physical experience of my life! Hope everyones week went better than mine! I am glad to be back!

It's a real bitch when it's just you & 1 other guy. We moved last July & it was just my brother in-law, my 11 year old & me. Had to make about 6 trips loading & unloading. I don't think I moved off of the couch for about 3-4 days afterward. I think I'm getting too old to be doing that stuff. We had a few neighbors that said they would be there to help out but amazingly no one showed up. hehehe Probably should have promised a bunch of free cold beer for the day....that might have helped. You'll just have to tell the gf that she owes you big-time now......

ha ha! actually most of the time theres 3 of us but 2 is not uncommon.
and we have 2 40' pantec trucks that hold 2000' of stuff and two trailors that take nearly 3000'.
it no wonder i have to eat so much to grow.

biggerdave, bet you have no problem with the trap and forearm development though...everytime i've helped people move those were sore for a week.

yeah my traps are well developed. actually in some ways it has helped because im quite strong (for my size) but it has also made me a bit uneven, i guess because im right handed but right tricep/lat/ bicep are all slightly bigger than my left an it is damn hard to get them to even up!

Helped a friend move in 100F+. I dont think I would have had the
endurance either if I wasnt running some Eq at the time. Moving is the worst.

My wife and I have a 3k sq ft home and we are pack rats. I am already dreading the moving day after we build. Its cool to have a lot of shit till you have to move it.
