So rappers or rather emcees that sell millions are the most skilled and complex emcees? So going by that statement you made:
Mc Hammer is better that Rakim because Hammer sold more that 10 million where as Rakim dident get to over 2-3 million.
Vanilla Ice is better that Mos Def because Mos Def never gets multi platnum.
and so on and so on.
Its not about sales its about talent, if it was about sales then Nelly or Ja Rule would be the greatest rappers of all time.
You know what I hate. It is when poeple read something and then make up some stupid story to further their point. I said he sold a lot of records so he must have skills. I didn't say he was the most skilled or the best rapper or emcee. I never liked old school shit because I like something that sounds good on 12s and their flows are usually weak. Have you ever hear that old school song Drop by DJ Magic Mike or Baby Got Back by Sir Mix Alot on a system? That shit is tight. I liked Master P's old shit and Ludacris because if you ever listened to it on a system you would hear it 10 blocks away. I honestly like the beats more than any rapper and usually don't even care about what they are saying as long as it sounds good in my car. I like alot of different music from old school Slayer and Tool to Drowning Pool and Disturbed. So don't call me a wigger or a wanna be because I surely don't care what you think of me.
