you took 6 Amp + 2 LipoStim?

Yes wait 45 minutes before lifting as they take about that long to begin to kick in and the energy lasts for 2-4 hours after.

On the Upper Body Days You can do these combos:
6-7 Amp02 + 2 Lipostim 3
or
5 Amplify02 + 1 Lipoflame + 2 Lipostim 3
