I was in the left lane, doing my usual commute and going way too fast.

A lady in a SUV was in the lane, blocking me in. She sees me in her rear view mirror (finally), and moves to the right hand lane.

She then looks at me like I am crazy. Bitch, YOU'RE the one blocking traffic, not me.

They passed a law here where if you aren't actively passing someone you can get a ticket, or if there aren't any cars around and you are in the left lane. This only applies to speeds 65 and up, but it's a start, now they just need to actively enforce it.

Florida has a bill in commitee right now to ticket anyone traveling in the left lane when other vehicles are directly behind them and they are not passing anohter vehicle. In other words, if you are not passing get the hell over.
