I'm checking to see who's on this site just for shits & giggles. If C & C and pics of naked women are the only thing that brings you here, post up.

I workout, my diet is about 90% strict. My diet also includes Vicoden and Oxys :p

I have been faithful to a clean diet all week, but I am looking at popping some popcorn and pouring a stick of melted butter on it.

i just had some protein
a cheeseburger

I just got back on a clean diet so I can see my abs this summer. I don't lift as much as I should, but I get do at least 2-3 workouts a week, even if I have to use just dumbbells.

Other than that I just like C&C for passing time when I got nothin' going on.

I lift regularly, but my diet is anything but clean.

I need to do something about that. Someday. Eventually.

I give myself a cheat meal every week, too. And it's usually popcorn. I love it. But I skip the butter.

It'll be real butter, no salt (gotta watch the sodium)

Eh, my diet's usually always good - and when it's bad it takes days to recover just did that this past weekend and I may never eat pizza again - it wasn't worth it.

I am embarrased at just how lame my training has been.

I haven't cheated in months. Have no need to. For some reason, I crave healthy food.

gotta cheat once in a while to reward yourself. If I go too long without a little cheat, I get sick of all my regular food. Plus - I do a long workout on my cheat day to make up for my sinful meal. It all works out.

Hate to admitt, I just finished off 6slices of pizza in 10minutes, 3 capricossa, 3 vegetarian :(. God I love bulking.

Well see, the way I look at it I am rewarding myself by eating health. When I see someone eating pizza I don't really have the desire to taste it honestly.

On my worst weeks I eat healither then most.

April 1st everything is clean no matter what for 6 weeks.

Last week for my cheat meal I had cornbread. :D the whole pan, I think. Don't want to look at cornbread again for a long time.

You wanna hear my cheat meal? Alright here goes it, every once in a while I'll go to Longhorn steakhouse. I'll get a 12 o.z. sirloin steak with a sweet potato and asparagus. A ceasar salad as well. Boring? Probably to most but damn does that steak taste good. :p

For when you're up for it again.

Slice up some jalopenos into the mix - bake - and as soon as you can get them out and cut up drizzle with honey while still hot.

:p :verygood: :verygood:

It's date!
See you at 7

I eat good half the time and work out half the days I plan to.

that's a great cheat meal, actually. That's almost exactly what I had on my birthday for a cheat.

My calorie restriction is a lot lower than yours, so the above mentioned meal was a whopper for me.

oh, and vel - I forgot the jalepenos, but remembered the honey. :p Instead of fat or milk in the batter, I add a can of creamed corn. It tastes really good.

I can throw down some food. Sure you're smaller but you spend much less time eating. I'm always eating.

i dont think i would be able to eat the whole pan, LOL.

My big weakness is sweets, not fast food. I do eat too much red meat though, so I'm trying to go with more chicken and fish. I'm hoping that my new gas grill will help make it easier. As for working out, I love it. The only thing I need to change is adding more cardio to the mix. I get bored too easy on the treadmill, or bike at the gym, that's why I'm getting a new mountain bike. I like riding, and I have plenty of places to ride, so that should help.

Honestly, is there anyone here that doens't think All Natural Peanut Butter is amazing? Shit is incredible. I can put that on any fruit, whole grain bread, oatmeal or even eat it plain and it's amazing.

I'm like eat big - I'm eating every 2.5 - 3 hours. Small meals right now, only about 300 cals each.

Imagine that for a week with super low carbs for 3 days with a carb up on the 4th day, but still staying within that calorie range. Then add 6 days a week of weight and/or cardio training.

You'd be able to eat the whole thing. :D

I don't really like peanut butter at all

Really? Wow. Never heard that from anyone who isn't allergic to it. Shit, some people I know who are allergic to it still eat it once in a while.

Okay ... truth.

I eat clean, I have to because of allergies, my downfall there is perhaps quantity.

My workouts have been a mess since December. Most recently I haven't been able to work out the way I would like to because of tendinitis, (I just lifted tonite and I finally think I can get back to it regularly *fingers crossed*).

I hate cardio and don't do enough, I'm proud of myself if I manage to do 15 minutes at high intensity  (y'see, the truly mortifyingly embarrassing part of this is that I have all my equipment in my home, and I WORK from home ... my excuse is just plain laziness).

My main vice, however, that I consume too often and too much of, is organic wine and good tequila.

Hallelujah the truth has set me free ... let the kitties dance.

don't you feel better now? :D

I like the chat boards - I'm here more than I should be, but I come to EF because it keeps me motivated. I make it a point to check in on Bunny & Sassy every day because they shame me. It keeps me going.

No doubt bro, I need an IV of that shit pumped into me.

I work out but have been eating like crap. I got into a twsited time off problem of drinking and eating crap. It will change and I will once be obssessed again.

both training and diet have been better, but i hit the gym 6 times a week and lift good poundages. diet is 90% clean but falls down occasionally in terms of meal timing eg skip a meal, have a coffee instead. ive been meaning to buy protein powder since running out but have put it off. slack, hey.

sometimes i must confess that i don't from time to time.

I work so hard and eat so well but I still don't look "big" or bodybuilder'ish. I hate my shitty genetics and being a diabetic. I can't grow muscle because of genetics and I can't get ripped because the insulin. I'm stuck in this skinny/fat guy limbo.

I love peanut butter, especially extra crunchy.

I've learned to prefer all-natural peanut butter, and can no longer stomach Peter Pan, Jif, or Skippy. They taste like peanut-flavored Crisco to me now.

You should try soy nut butter. That shit is excellent, but for some reason I can't seem to find it in my area.

I go to the gym at least 4x's p/wk but dont workout near as intensely as I did when I was competing. I get in and get out pretty much try to maintain what is left of my strength and mass. I joke and say that I am just trying to keep my ass from hitting the backs of m'knees... from what I am told, I am doing *ok* LOL

I feel better if I eat cleaner and dont drink on the whole but I am usually miserable no matter what due to GI trouble so I eat/drink whateverthefuckIwant!

Sucks ass though that I will never have anywhere near the physique I once had.... c'est la vie. It is very frustrating but I'll never get fat (just skinny fat - blech - if I dont watch) so I guess I shouldn't complain.

I train 4 times a week, hour of kickboxing once a week and my diet is fairly clean....one week out of the month it goes out the door!

OK, OK, I'll fess up. If I work out it is sporadic at best, some legs, some arms, mostly cardio on my street or mountain bike. Skiing is the biggest exercise I actually do regularly from November to May.

Diet? I think I have stated previously I am on the SEE food diet, see it and eat it. Colesterol is over 200, but body fat is low, heart rate is low at rest and recovers within 5 minutes from over 170, and BP is just fine. My biggest problem with diet is I can't gain weight.

Oh, friend introduced me to the site. Some is fun and informative.

Yeah the hydrogenated peanut butter doesn't taste good or clean to me anymore.

My diet is alright... not the best, sometimes not enough, BUT, my training is right on

WTF? I bet you're one of those people with a supernatural metabolism. You totally suck ass. :D

OK, so I'm jealous that you can eat whatever you want and still look like that. I'm not one of those people. I look at fast food and gain weight.

I've definitely gone through bouts of not training...though my diet usually doesn't get too out of hand. Then again I pretty much maintain about the same form even if I add a carton of ben and jerry's into my diet.

But I don't think I've trained less than 6 times a week since November? My lifting is still kind of wacky because the yoga takes up 12 hours a week. That's why I moved the lifting in with the 5am cardio 3 mornings a week.

My diet's going to be perfect though until fall.
