My calorie restriction is a lot lower than yours, so the above mentioned meal was a whopper for me.
oh, and vel - I forgot the jalepenos, but remembered the honey.Instead of fat or milk in the batter, I add a can of creamed corn. It tastes really good.

I eat clean, I have to because of allergies, my downfall there is perhaps quantity.
My workouts have been a mess since December. Most recently I haven't been able to work out the way I would like to because of tendinitis, (I just lifted tonite and I finally think I can get back to it regularly *fingers crossed*).
I hate cardio and don't do enough, I'm proud of myself if I manage to do 15 minutes at high intensity(y'see, the truly mortifyingly embarrassing part of this is that I have all my equipment in my home, and I WORK from home ... my excuse is just plain laziness).
My main vice, however, that I consume too often and too much of, is organic wine and good tequila.
Hallelujah the truth has set me free ... let the kitties dance.

I've learned to prefer all-natural peanut butter, and can no longer stomach Peter Pan, Jif, or Skippy. They taste like peanut-flavored Crisco to me now.
