Front Lat-4 sets 10-15lbs
Push downs- 4 sets 15-25lbs
Cable curls 4 sets 25-20lbs
1/2 mile walk.....
Feeling a little weak today Ugh... gotta get that sleep right!
Back to the gym tomorrow.... dead lifts and squats =)
