how am I supposed to know how god intended it? I read the words, and I see a lot of violence... I don't see how else that is to be intended.

whoever wrote the bible is certainly partly to blame.. there are many passages where it talks about KILLING others.. homosexuals... people who worship other gods.. etc. Even god himself supposedly killed all the residents of soddom and gomorah.

If god has control over everything and everything that happens is gods will.. then why do people murder and rape??? Aren't we created in gods image? what the fuck does that mean if people will brutally torture others.

Its time for people to wake up.

Also, not to be insulting, but consider this.. the higher the education level of someone, the LESS likely they are to subscribe to religion... think about it, poll all of the harvard PHDs.. even those in reigious studies.. you won't find many cistions.
