The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders

their offense is pretty good, their D needs bigtime help in all positions if you ask me.

Oh yeah, the defense sucks, no question. But if Harrington's available, and they don't draft him, I'll be pissed. I'm hoping for ONCE to see my team actually work on developing a QB instead of settling for someone else's castoffs.

but you realize if you draft him it's realistically gonna take him 3 or 4 years to get good.... if he does pan out. By that time priest holmes is gonna be gone. Vermeil knows what he has with his current QB... hell vermiel cried when he got hurt with the rams a few years back. look for them to trade down and draft some speed in the WR spot or on the defense.

like it all matters. the ny football giants are going to own the nfc least once again then get their butt kicked in the 1st round. :D

Well, I'm not sure it'd take 3 or 4 years. I suspect he'd get thrown in the fire early on, which I'm fine with.

How old is Priest? Or are you saying he'll be gone to free agency?

Vermeil also thought Tony Banks was the franchise QB for the Rams there for a while.

WR's pretty much out for the 1st round after the Morton pickup. If it's not Harrington, it'll be a defensive player, no question.

throw him in the fire or not, QB's don't just catch on overnight, only the rare few can pull it off, Marino, Culpepper, and Manning. And both Culpepper and Manning had off years last year. Typically it takes at least 4 to 5 years before they have a good feel for things.

Lott and LT put some big time hurtings on people. As a skins fan I recall he's had some of his best games agains them.... and against the Niners (poor joe montana). And lott, I could watch a highlight tape of him over and over again. I still remember when he knocked the fuck out of Chrisian Okoye. Ouch.

Not to bag on you bro, but it wasn't Lott that knocked out Christian Okoye, it was Steve Atwater, Denver Broncos....Mon nite football. He was miked up, and I was watching that. Never did hear much from Okoye after that either. Anyway, my Pc is working, I can see the board. Politics threads are on the way....:D

Okay, I'll play the ignorant here: who's Trotter, and why is that funny?

trotter is one of the top 5 young linebackers in the NFL, and we stole him from the eagles.

and I hate when gymnpoppa is right.

Well NB, you were right. No franchise QB for the Chiefs.

They did trade up to get Sims tho, which I'm happy about. too bad they had to give up a 3rd, but I guess outside the 1st two rounds, it's pretty much a crap shoot.
