The Top-Searched Whiskeys, In Order From Worst To Best

i buy jim beam and evan williams...in the big jug...they're ranked in the middle of the road...that suits me just fine :)

That's really a shitty list until you get to the top 5. It's all over the place with Tennessee-style charcoal filtered whiskey's mixed in with Scotch and bourbon.

Rowan's Creek 12 year, Wathens single barrel ksbw, Angel's Envy, Booker's, Buffalo Trace, Mitcher's small batch, Old Medley

*All Bourbon Whiskey^^^

it is sort of a fugged up list...it's got blended stuff like crown on it too...for the record? i'd still drink jim beam even if it was not on anyone's list...i don't know much about art, but i know what i like.

Maker's mark is my go-to for inexpensive whiskey for mixers(whiskey n' coke, Whiskey sour, honi honi).

Jim is a good choice too.

Jack is a Tennessee whiskey (there's only two. Joe's the other one I think), which adds the extra step of slowly filtering through charcoal over 12 days. I don't care for this.

But for straight-up whiskey (on the rocks or neat), I usually have to go for something top shelf. I've been working on some Rowans Creek 12 year as well as a lagavulin 16 year scotch.

Midleton whiskey is quality

That's an Irish Whiskey. Way different than a Kentucky Bourbon, Tennessee Whiskey or Scotch Whiskey.

I have a $150 bottle of Midleton Rare Irish Whiskey bottled in 2005 that I haven't opened yet. The ex bought it for me on our 1st anniversary, and I'm gonna save it for something like when the divorce papers are filed.

i like jim beam with 2 ice cubes...pour a 3 or 4 second glug through the plastic thing-a-ma-jig that's in the top of the big jug...let it mellow while i butcher a couple songs on my guitar...then sip on it till it's gone...wash-rinse-repeat as necessary or required.

Beam is my usual go to at the local dive bars.

Recently tried Maker's Mark for the first time after recent publicity.

knot impressed

Maker's
Knob Creek
JD's

I like them all.

That's why we get angry and have to fight up here when we drink whiskey

For all the bourbon drinkers you need to try Woodford Reserve..... I have tried them all, and none can compare. Woodford is very smooth and easy to drink. It is also very reasonable in price.

Two of those are good.

Ten are meh to ok.

Eight are complete pigswill.

Anyone who says Scotch tastes like ass just hasn't tried the right one yet. There are 95 active distilleries in Scotland and 37 inactive. Most aren't exported outside the UK so unless you go over there you won't get a chance to try some of the best ones.

My personal favorite whisky that I've had so far is 26yr old Bunnahabhain single cask. I brought a bottle of it back from one of my trips to Scotland. US market value if it were sold here would be ~$1,000.

Favorite readily available in the US Scotch is Balvenie 21yo Portwood. Although at over $200 a bottle it's gotten a little to pricey to sip on anymore.

Someone explained it was an acquired taste

Drank Scotch exclusively for > 1 year

First day ... tasted like ass

1+ years later ... tasted like ass

just sayin'

Seen that... Of the top 3 burbons I think it's much better than buffalo and just a little more expensive and pappy van winkle well let's just say you can buy 12 or 13 bottles of Woodford for the price of 1 bottle of pappy lol

Dude, I had a THC lozenge a few months ago and it fucked with me. I felt all wired for a bit, and then I just sat there like a retard with pandora playing until my phone went dead. Shur happened to call when I was on the uppity side of things and seems to think I should take the pot all the time, so... no. I don't know how I did that shit all the time in college.
