okay here is the deal. @ 5'11" i weigh 160 with about 13% bf. i need to drop down to 10% in three months. i want to know the best diet for me. i have read about all the different diets, im just not sure which one would work best in my situation. i lift for about an hour 4 times a week, and play basketball for 2 hours three times a week.
