I personally think that this board has the most knowledgeable people on it.. I have been a member on here for years and have given and taken some good advice and learned a few things along the way.

Just because people new to AS ask questions on this board doesn't mean anything but there is a lot of trust out there in the experienced bodybuilders which give valuable advice on EF.

It should be a compliment not an insult.

Besides when newbies ask retarded fucking questions the pros on EF set them straight. I bet hundreds of health risks have been avoided from the advice on this board. I for one know I've had a lot of valuble questions answered on this board.

I've been here since I was 16, and honestly the amount I've learned from Elite is invaluable.

Check how many of those talking shit have been banned here...when you look, its usually a pretty good number.
