I am graduating from high school in May and am leaving to go to basic training in June. I'm overweight and need to lose some lbs pretty quick. I've been in the gym and lifting and doing cardio but not seeing any differences on the scale. The recruiter told me i need to get to at least 170 before i leave. I'm 197 now and I have a long way to go. Any advice on how to drops that weight before June?
