morning - 3 egg whites and outmeal
lunch - peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and green beans
supper - grilled chicken salad
snacks - can of tuna or differents fruits
1 daily whey/soy protein shake
Another question for you army guys, the recruiters are beating around the bush, I want to fly blackhawk helicopters and I am undecided between the army national guard and the army reserves. I am wondering if I can even fly helicopters without being and active duty soldier. I may do active duty later, but for now I want to come home and go to LSU (GEAUX TIGERS!). If the helicopter pilot didnt work out i was gonna be a national guard mp. Since I want to be a state trooper later on in life i figured that that would be a good start.
