lol, yeah I mean At&t has the prices listed on their website as $299 for upgrade for the good one. I didnt see anything about a sale price anywhere on there either. All it said is $299 + $18 upgrade fee and $325 Early Term Fee + 2 year extension of contract.

Ok I just got pwned by ATT on that. But get this, I just called apple store just now and yet again this is what happened:
SD: Im eligible to upgrade to the new iphone4 and called you guys a few days ago and you said all I had to pay was $18 upgrade fee and sign a new contract is that still correct?
Apple Non-genius: Yes sir thats correct.
SD: Now, I just got off the phone with ATT and they said I would have to pay either the $199 or $299 upgrade fee for the phone, so whos correct?
Apple Non-genius: Oh, uh, well, yea the $18 fee would be on top of the $199 cost of the phone.
SD: I was very specific the other times I called you about the cost and i specifically asked if all I paid was $18 and would walk out the door with a new iphone4....
Apple Non-genius: Ok yea sorry about that....
SD: Ok try not to gloss over that important information from now on, later

When someone is very fucking specific about what to pay for something like this one cant assume that the actual cost would be over $200. Companies give away free phones all the time with the signing of a new contract so its not like Im some retard that should assume it only costs $18, oh but its really $218 lol. Fuckheads.

So what, I called two seperate apple stores and they both said I could walk out the door with a new iphone4 with JUST a 2 year contract and $18. Thats pretty damn straight forward.
