I'm 6'2" and just a bit over 300lb. Don't Know my BF% but it's pretty high. I started out about 6-7 years ago a 185 at 8% BF and just kept bulking. Did one successful cutting cycle a few years in but felt I needed more mass before cutting again.
Bulked up to a quality 270 over the course of maybe half a dozen cycles. Then a little over a year ago I started my own business and my training and diet have gone to shit and all weight gain since then is pure fat.
Now I'm finally started to eat right again and in a month or so will hopefully start a cutting cycle with a goal of around 250lb in 4 months.
