Hey Satch, I'm guessing 20 weeks or so........I'm starting a pre-pre-contest cycle to drop down to about 7 or 8% right now......I've bulked twice in a row so I've packed on some fat. Sitting around 17 or 18% now. I want to take it somewhat slow to preserve as much muscle as possible.....so I figure I'll go hard for 16 weeks......take a month or so off, and then do another 4 or 6 week cycle with just a couple compounds to cut the extra couple bf% before competitions.
249 at about 16%....no pics. Will put some up after my cycle is over. Hoping to get to 260 after cycle. Started at 235lbs 3 and 1/2 weeks ago, got about 5 weeks to reach goal.
