The suggested amount is 800mg of pure PS daily for at least a month, but you can stay on PS as long as you like. You want to start PCT when the AAS’s are mostly cleared from the system.

I have heard that PS if overused can have irreversable side effects and I have always been weary of it...I recently have been under a ton of stress and IMO I can see a little fat gain in my lowerback and I would assume it is from cortisol. Is 800mgs per day an actual safe doseage ??? Is there a tapering that goes with this product ???

800mg is a safe dose and a number of studies have been completed with humans using this same dose. No need to taper either.

Is your website currently down Eric? Is your product a blend or strictly 800mgs of Phosphatidylserine? I've used ps in all of my pcts and I'm thinking about switiching over from my current brand to yours. Also, what are your thoughts on Alpha GPC during pct.
