sorry im just getting back to you guys! been out of service for the weekend.

Zwhit- ive always read that spacing the dbol through the day was better than all at once considering the half life is around 4-6 hours and to keep the blood levels consistant through the day. is there any difference with taking them all at once or same effect? would for sure be a convenience but not sure if it really matters or not

Joebloe- i have clomid on hand but have been reading and chatting with needtoo about his all natural ( ntbm products) as a pct to delete clomid. he seems to know his stuff for sure and gets a lot of cred as far as ive seen so im gonna try his stuff out and see where it takes me when the time is good for pct. I will also get ahold of some of the daa power chews closer to that time and i have bridge as well.. not sure if i put it in there or not.. think i did?

burnthiscorpse- bro, im highly acceptable to estrogen sides AND water retention. found this out my last go around with deca ( first time with dbol though) as i looked like a blonde haired blow fish.. hell my second week, my nips hurt but then again, i had some strong shit! even when im off, if i even got a lick over my max amount of soduim, i can tell i start retaining water.. then again it may just be in my head considering i see myself as a fat ass ( used to be, also keeps me motivated to never be at that point again in my life) I aslo dont like adding in the AI but then again, i sort of have too.. reason being i say i dont like adding it, not that ive tried it without it, but ive read a pretty good amount of threads saying that AI's can hinder gains. now if this is true or not, im not sure, but ill be safe than sorry ya know?

I wouldnt start the HCG until you notice shrinkage. I know you'll have the Dbol in there working early but with long esters you should be able to get 4-6 weeks before you really see shrinkage (maybe sooner with dbol) but no point wasting your money on more HCG until you see you need it.

Are you suceptible to estrogen sides or alot of water retention? If not I might back that Aromasin off to twice a week and build up from there as needed. But obviously with the deca in there you want to keep estrogen in check so it doesnt help exagerate the progestin issues. Just my .02, I dont like an AI unless its totally necessary myself.


I agree with this.

I'd also start PCT sooner. And in the end, bulking is about the amount of food you eat. By the time you're into PCT, the water weight from Deca will be gone.
 
roger that! I believe im taking in somewhere between 4500 cals a day. pretty rough so far but once i get used to it, im sure ill cope just fine! today was the first pin! everything went very smoothly. I will for sure keep an eye on the boys and when the time is right, ill start the hcg. Thanks for all the input fellas.. ill keep this thread updated every so often instead of making a new one on my progress!
 
Bro, when you say you are highly suceptable to estro sides and you found out with deca last time are you sure it wasn't from progestin sides? Just trying to possibly sort out and seperate here. Have you run test alone before without issue? If you had the problem with deca then likely it was just that....the deca. Did you run any caber or anything for the deca sides? Deca bloated me like a balloon too. Itchy nips can be from deca too although for deca's nasty side to really thrive it does require an estrogen rich environment in the first place ie: taking test with no ai and being suceptable to estro sides. (this just compounds the shitty parts of deca)

So what I'm wondering is if its just the deca not the test. You gots ya have caber bro! Yes too much ai will lessen gains. But if its needed its needed.
If your genetically predisposed to retaining a lot of water from sodium then I would say you could control that better with diet adjustments.
 
ya know, thats a good question.. i have run test alone before and didnt really have any sides with it but i also ran an AI along side it so it very well could be the deca, maybe even a little of the test as well.. oh yea! ive got caber too, 60ml of it lol. i used it last go around.. giving prami a shot this time.. good to know too that too much ai will hinder gains, but like you said.. if its needed then its needed.
 
havent really ventured out enough or done any research on any other bulkers besides deca.. just know it works and have stuck with it from the get go.. not really one just to up and try something without knowing a lot about it. the water retention dont bother me, just as long as i keep the estro and prolactin in check im all good.. hopefully within the next couple days ill start to go up in stregnth from the dbol.. havent had any back pumps or massive strength gains but then again, im only on day 4..
 
just figured i would update this thread to give you guys some updates on my progess... so far im up about 16lbs going into week 7.. the first four weeks were absolutely horrible.. i will probably never touch d'bol again... the back pumps were out of this world.. got too the point were i had to take about 6 ibprofen before lifting.. dead lifts and squats were horrible.. but my strength is through the roof! seeing some really nice gains.. started my hcgen on week 4 bc the boys started to shrink on me.. btw, that stuff is amazing.. they are hanging and nice and plump just like they shoudl be.. although still a little small, but still.. started prami on week 5.. was getting weak errections and just felt blaahh.. prami is some wicked stuff.. first couple nights, i couldnt sleep worth a shit, crazy dreams, and was tired all the time.. lasted about 3 days and now after i take it, im out like a light.. havent really had too many sides yet.. just holding water like its nobodys business...other than that, everything is going smoothly!! preciate all the feedback bros!
 
Just watch the blood pressure with all that water bro. Make sure you have a home unit. Get the fuck to the pharmacy and get one if you dont. Check your BP while sitting/resting at least 20-30 min to get a true resting BP. take it 3 times every time to get an average. Maybe you know/do all this but its my disclaimer. Water retention can be nasty.
 
oh yea bro.. i do it daily.. have had some run ins with bp on the last go around.. i could litterally feel my heart thumping.. got so bad i couldnt sleep and had to start taking meds for it.. precitate ya lookin out for me bro!
