Well, considering they reduced the number of "official" deaths at Auschwitz to "about one and a half million" down from 4 million, there's 2.5 million gone right there. Where did they go? Who decided? The official story here is getting old and quite convoluted. Too much so to buy either side of the story, really. There are even Jews who think this way, or at least deny that there were any gas chambers. Hoess's confession was tortured out of him and made no sense. Historians and scholars have been disputing the Holocaust for over half a century. So much evidence to both sides have likely been doctored and taken out of context that it's likely the truth will never be found.
Until then, this is a stalemate issue for me.
Funny how in Germany I'd get locked up for saying something like that about the only unsubstatiated genocide in history.
