I feel the same as waitwhatthe, need2 didn't know me an answered my call one evening an he spent about a good 45 at least explaining things to me .since then I've spoken with him on a few occasions , as always great conversation.thanks need2 as well as everyone on Ef that has conversed with me through threads or pm's. I feel like at 48 years old I'm starting a new life , feeling great diet, gym etc., not to mention even looking healthier an better
