Training has been good this last week, back into it at the gym and getting some good cardio in. Hammy is pretty much normal, will finally start hitting legs properly this week - hanging out for that for a few weeks now.
Cals sitting roughly the same, trying to focus on eating clean and allowing a good cheat meal on the weekend. Working well so far. Looking leaner, feeling better and will get a pic soon. Need a spot with better lighting.
Sassy stuff is going great, feeling good on the 400 split, and the BPC/TB has worked well as i'm recovered and back into leg stuff.
Sick pumps as well with the EQ, liking this mix and hope to keep it consistent for another 4-6 weeks before changing anything.
