I wouldn't even give it a second thought. Whenever things with work, sleep, or just something new in my schedule impact my training in a negative way, I find it easy to beat myself up and start questioning everything I do. But then I adjust, my body adjusts, and I get things moving in the right direction again. It ends up being a waste of time for me to have even worried about having a shitty workout. If I were you I would forget it even happened, and keep doing what you've been doing to come as far as you have.
