member having trouble posting....

Test - I have not been able to post for over a week so this is a test to see if anything has changed

EDIT: For some reason this thread has been posted by the thread I actually wanted to post always fails. Is it because the text is too long?? Mods please delete if required. The error messages I get differ but are something along the lines of:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/EliteFitness/www/forum/includes/init.php on line 22

Been trying all day. Tried throughout last week on 4 different PC's (in case it was some antivirus blocking my posts or something along those lines. Still no luck

I really have no idea. mine might have been Firewall, but mine are on (yes, more than one) and it is letting me post.

hey bro, I have the same problems when I use my home PC.

hi there,

thing is i tried on a number of pc's, switched internet settings low, disabled AV's etc. with no luck. That site for support is, IMO, useless. Posted the question about a week ago, no reponse.

Anyone possibly know how to solve this? Have tried from another PC now and still no luck. I still get the same type of '30 seconds exceeded' error

That support site hasn't helped either - no response yet and it's near on 2 weeks.

much appreciated. You will see I managed to post a thread, called "2 Day Split". The only way I could get it to post is having a very short title (hence the "2 Day Split" and not more descriptive as I would have liked) and very little text. I then managed to paste the rest of the thread I wanted to post via the 'quick-reply' and it posted without a problem. I am beginning to think it may have mostly to do with thread title length?? BTW this thread can be deleted I guess
