i need some advice on how my first ever cycle looks like.
STATS
Age: 21
Years training: 4
Height: 6'2
Weight: 175lbs
Bf: 12%
1RMs
Bench: 225 lbs
Squat: 275 lba
Deadlifr: 405 lbs
My diet is very solid as it is and i plan to do 3 low intensity 30 min cardio sessions per week to keep the fat off.
CYCLE
Weeks 1-10: Test E 250 mg 2x per week (Mond and thurs)
Weeks 1-13: Arimidex (0.25 mg every other day)
PCT
Week 13: Nolva 20mg 2x per day
Week 14-16: Nolva 20 mg per day
I want to gain a solid 20 lbs of muscle with minimal water and fat weight. Do you guys think 0.25 mg Adex EOD will be enough and do you recommend any other ancilliaries for my first cycle? Also I have heard of injectin Test every 3 days which mean that every 3rd week i would get 750 mg of test, is this a better technique or is 2x per week good enough?
