test/mast/var - keto or carbs?

about to start cycle of test/mast/var
currently 180lbs, 10/11% bf, 5'11
aim is to get to 190lbs 8%bf

going to log this sh*t as well with before and after pics starting in about 10 days.

Been on keto diet (bodyopus) 65% fats, 35% protein 5% carbs with carb refeed for 30hrs on weekend, for the last 10 weeks.

Should i stay on keto diet or switch to one with carbs while on cycle? aim is to drop 2-3% bf but still add a small amount of muscle/size.
 
no idea of what a keto diet is.

normaly i either go +500kcal or -500kcal for bulking/cutting.

keto dies is 65% fats 35% protein 5%carbs do this for 6 days then carb up injesting about 800grams of carbs over 24-36 hours
 
I like carb cycling. I lose so much damn strength the first couple weeks on keto. Not as much when I carb cycle
 
Might look into transitioning to a TKD or CKD style from the bodyopus diet.

TKD would probably be ideal - carbs when you're going to use them.

That diet is a bitch to follow by the way.
