Test E + Winstrol For a 150 Pounder?

In my previous thread i wanted to do Test E + dbol @ 30Mg E/D for 4 Weeks to bulk and add possibly 2 Weeks of Winny in week 7-9 due to it being summer soon and wanting to keep a hard vascular body.

Since im 150 lbs, I would really like to get up to 170-180+ thats why i thought dbol

But what would expected gains be from a Test E 500Mg + Winny( 40Mgs / ED / 4 Weeks) be compared to doing 500Mg + 30MG dbol E/D 4Weeks then adding winny for 2 weeks near the end?

That sounds kinda rougj for your weight. Unless u are just short.

why are you only 150 pounds at 5 10? this means you have very little or no visible muscles on your frame.

are you not working out? are you not eating? please don't tell me everything is perfect, i've heard this a million times from guys.. you are doing something wrong. be honest and lets fix your problem first.

no one unless they are a midgit should juice at 150 pounds much less a taller guy like you

I used to be 180 (fat) ive worked down to 150 and now starting to build up. I know people will say wait to bulk more to start juicing but im eager to start now.
 
You should try 500mg diet and 50mg a day training. Seriously though, steroids are a bad choice.... if you can't get yourself to minimum 175 naturally, you won't know enough about diet and training to (a) make the best of a first steroid cycle or (b) be able to hold on to any of those meagre gains when you come off again, you could actually end up putting your health at risk to end up in a worse position than you're in now. Get a smart training program together, work on squats bench press and deadlift ....make progress in those lifts small steady increases start eating more. In six months you could be 165 with no gear. Easy. Linear progress on the compound lifts and heavy eating is all you need.
 
^^^ i agree but at his height he should be easily closing in on 200 naturally. otherwise steroids are not for him anyway if he wants the cross fit look and even then i know guys his height who are 185+ .. 150 at that height is skin and bones

+1, at 5'10 190-200 lbs should be realistic with a dedicated diet and training...

When I started my first cycle I was at 148 but I'm 5' 4". Today I'm around 168. The basic is food, food and food for a tall guy. By the way I turned 48 in March.
 
In his defense, weight doesn't always mean the answer. Overall body composition can tell a whole different story. If I were to tell my height and weight on here only without my avi pic, most people would tell me to eat too. Truth is I was 200+ a little over a year ago and decided to shred up to what is now my avi pic which is 5'9" 165 @ 5.7%bf
 
Yes but there is a difference. you WERE 200+ lbs so u had muscle composition. Im guessing u were not all fat and had size on u aswell which when u decided to cut and shred, obviously made your muscles pop. In the OP's case, im pretty sure he is skinny at 150lbs because he is young and also very naiive in thinking juice is the only way to get bigger.
 
Also, was there really a need to make a second thread? If you didnt get the answer u were looking for in the first thread, what makes u think you're gonna get an answer in this one?

exactly, im between 6-8%, i just wanted to keep definition for the summer thats why i was asking how much i could bulk with this cycle, or if i could use Dbol + Test and add winny for 2 weeks (weeks 7-9) to harden up for the summer time.
 
Expect to gain HPTA shutdown high cholestrol and erection problems. Not worth it to go from very very small to very small.
 
I always hated when people would tell me to eat more then think about it and all that but 150 pounds at 5'10 the gains you can make by just eating and lifting before hitting a Plato is insane ! keep lifting bro you will get there !

These guys are right, when I first came to EF in September 2011, I was weighing in at 155 lbs, 6'
I was sick of it, wanted to juice and get big!! Truth is, it Doesint work like that! But i listened to these guys, now 6 months later, with lots of food, and hard training, I now sit at 175-180!

That's all natural, it took time, and patience. I'm now preparing for a beastdrol cycle. Still months of work ahead of me. But the point is, you have to get to as close to your genetic potential as possible, to really benefit from AAS. Not to mention with out any training experience, how easy it would be to SNAP YO SHIT UP!!

Try Strong Lifts 5x5 worked wonders for me. Feel free to pm me bro, more then willing to help.
