I've used it both ways and never noticed a difference. I'm not saying it doesn't matter, I'm saying the difference is inpercievable to me.
The only 2 people I know who have scripts for it for hormone replacement use it once a week.
Personally I now always stack it with something else and divide my weekly volume into 2 or 3 shots.
