^^ not necessarily. however deca will increase your appetite and cause you to be hungry all the time.. you will be eating for 3 people. stacked with test and dbol and its the ultimate bulker, and thats what it does best. so if you are not looking to bulk then deca is a poor choice, and if you are looking to bulk then might as well take advantage of it and eat like a horse. if you eat properly on a deca cycle it can literally change your body composition... i went from 7% to 17% body fat over the course of 6 months on 2 separate deca cycles.. i also gained quite a bit of muscle mass and strength and have kept most of those gains.. however the long recoveries of deca make it unactractive to me cause I like to run short cycles, cycle off, and cycle on.
