Fat won’t hurt too much, it is carbs or more specifically surgars


Also protein is key as you know,

but you need to get most of your protein from food, not shakes,


I know it is hard.

Tell me about it. I have class all day long and then work every night except Mondays and Wednesdays from 4 or 5 till 11 so i don't have much time to do anything. I usually find some way to fit everything in though. It can be done. Just takes a lot of planning and work. Good luck.
 
it kinda boggles my mind right now because i am barely eating 1500 cals a day (if that much!). i am going to have to triple what i eat and that sounds daunting...


I felt the same way when I started my cycle. I made myself miserable eating so much trying to put the weight on. I started using injectable b-12 and that helped alot. Take it from someone who never gets hungry and I was eating 5000-6000 cals a day. They went down alot easier after that.
 
Depending on your job, you could try to cook some at work too.. i have a 2burner hotplate and a forman grill on my desk at work(large mortgage company)... everyone thinks im crazy, but it saves me from having to make my meals in the morning ;)
