SupplementTests.com has completed an independent, controlled test on Anabolic Halo by MuscleTech. Here's what the test revealed:

Length of test: 28 days
Weight change: +.5 lbs
Bicep change: 0”
Body fat change: -1.1%
# of reps change on bench: +20% (10 reps to 12 reps)

Test subject used no other supplements, continued with normal workout routines and diet, had no weight or strength changes prior to the test, and has worked out on a regular basis for over 10 years.

Is this a worthwhile supplement? You decide.

As a free service, SupplementTests.com will periodically post free information on the supplements it tests.

I have lost faith in Muscletech as soon as Nitrotech claimed you can add 14lbs of pure lean muscle in less than 10 days...lol

It is good you guys are doing this type of testing and logging of results. I hope to see many more.

I would suggest, though, if you can, try and use a group of at least 6-8 people on future tests. Given the interpersonal variability on results, and the nature of these being supplements instead of drugs, a larger subject base should reduce the power of the "poor responder" a little bit, and give you a more accurate picture of potential efficacy.
