What's goin in guys. I'm going to be doing a 9 week cycle and its lookin like this:

Test e: 500mg per week 1-9
Tren ace: 250mg per week 1-5

I have a-dex, prami, and letro on hand since I am pretty prone to gyno.

First pin was today so ill do my best to keep you guys updated!!

Pct is going to be

Aromasin 25mg for 20 days then 12.5 for ten more. 50mg of clomid for 20 days and then 25mg for 10 more. By the way I'm posting this at 4 o clock in the morning... there's no way insomnia kicked in after first day right? -_-

add more to that PCT it's more important than the cycle itself.

Forma Stanazol & unleashed to solidify those gains.
 
I think the cycle and PCT look great as they are. Cutting the tren out 4 weeks before the test, and a fairly short cycle of moderate doses I think the PCT listed is actually quit aggressive and capable of restorting full function and retaining the gains. Just my opinion however. :D
 
If you run the caber while on tren it will help you sleep better (got to thank stevesmi for that bit of info) as well as keep your progesterone levels in check.

Thanks man! I put a lot of thought into figuring out this cycle! I appreciate it.

Lets grow I'm ordering some caber today so hopefully that will help. There's no way it kicked in after the first day though had to be a coincidence. Guess ill find out tonight!

Definitely get some caber. First time I'm using it with Tren and I love it so far. Good libido and sleep like a baby!

I'm really not trying to bulk up on the cycle. Tryin to keep my diet pretty clean around 3000 cals. Just wanna drop some bodyfat and gain some lean mass. Also, I have a infraspinatous/rotator cuff injury at the moment. Nothing serious but I cant do shoulders properly. Just ordered some mgf (mechano growth factor) so hopefully that will help heal it up!

Why Test for 9 weeks? The bottle is 10ml 250 that equates to 10 doses so 2 of them will be a 10 wk cycle. Unless you think its underfilled.
 
One of them is underfilled. Trust me ill run it till its empty lol. So anyways its been a week and I feel great. No sides yet except some back acne a little. Little more vascular I think! Been hittin the chicken hard!

4th pin yesterday.. for some reason my leg is so sore it feels like someone gave me a huge Charlie horse in my vastus lateralis. Oh well. Nothing too noticeable yet. Sleeping fine due to the prami! Hopefully will start seeing gains within a week!

My pct is aromasin and clomid with prami throughout the whole cycle as well as pct. That was a very informative post, however I am a fan of real pharm grade pct rather than otc. Nothing against them I've heard they're great but I've not seen much else on them other than this site. If they work for you that's great! However I know what works well for me. Not trying to offend anyone or anything but I think I have everything planned out well

Well I was up two pounds yesterday my diet has been really good and healthy. So much easier to stay motivated to eat right on cycle.. no sides yet to speak of besides acne but I just started some light tanning to get rid of some of that. Today is an off day for me and I am going to wait till Monday to weigh myself again. I hate weighing myself everyday and seeing small progress id rather do it like once a week so I can see more weight. Also, I don't believe that you should go by the scale.. you go by the mirror (how you look)

Sorry I haven't been posting much. Tomorrow I will weigh myself for the first time in about 5 days so we'll see. I woke up feeling really sick today so unfortunately I didn't eat too much but after the gym I felt better. More vasculairty coming in for sure. Its been two weeks now. Hope you guys are still following ill post an update tomorrow

Disappointed right now. I've only gained 3 pounds in 2 weeks. My training is going really well but my diet isn't there. I eat healthy but not enough. I've been under the weather since Saturday and my appetite has been way down. But I can't make excuses I'm going to carefully track my cals everyday now and get about 2800-3000. Gotta step it up

Alright guys sorry I have not been updating I was sick and pissed because I had no appetite and was losing weight. But today I was 190. I ate so much today you would think I was being paid to eat. I decided to eat like I'm bulking still keeping it lean and then do cardio to keep abs and low bf% so I was up 5lbs today and did forearms at the end of my workout. I never have seen so much vsscularity in my arms. I had veins connecting from my shoulders down to my wrists. I feel great and am getting bigger and more shredded. Please comment if you're still following!

I think at 185lbs and only eating 2800-3000 calories a day 3lbs in two weeks is impressive, if you don't eat big you won't get big gains.....are you leaning out at all from the tren? If so I'd be happy with were you're at
 
Yes I am up 5 lbs now. I had like a 4 pack when I started and now I have a decently prominent 6 pack. Also I have a lot more vascularity as I said which I'm really happy with. I'm at like 3000 cals now

Well guys I'm at my parents houses for the weekend and my mom is a health nut like me so I've been eating really clean and healthy. I'm actually still in college going for a doctorate degree got another year or so left so I'm ready to be done! But anyways I haven't weighed myself I will again on Monday when I get back in my gym. But I am very vascular now. Just relaxing at home I have veins all over my forearms and big ones that squiggle down my biceps and go up into my delts. Its looking good I'm happy so far. Arms have grown for sure. Legs and chest and back a little too but not as much. I'm really concentrating on legs and calves and forearms those are my weak points. No sides still except accccnnnneeeee bad haha. Any other comments or questions?

Ive done tren twice. It will transform your body like nothing else. I had visible abs @ 6' 3" 268 lbs. Im just one of those people that get a multitude of nasty sides from it so I leave it alone now. It is incredible tho if u can stand it. Good luck.
 
Dude I'm side free so far luckily and yes it is amazing it's shredding me up. Hey sorry Chris didn't see your comment man! But to answer your question yes I am seeing amazing strength gains. Especially on squats and DB bench presses. I'm not a fan of barbell so I do a lot of DB work. Sorry I wasn't ignoring you just didn't see it bro

Thanks! And sure first of all I started off at 185lbs at like 13% bf. Now I'm about 190 and I would say around 12% bf. My leg press went from 550 for 11reps to 650 for 11 reps. My DB incline press went from like 75s for 10 to 90s for 10. I was weak to start off bc of my shoulder injury unfortunately lost almost everything from my first cycle. And lastly like I said I have more ab definition and more vascularity. Anything else bro? Or from anyone else? I'm open to any questions

PR for DB flat bench is 110s for like 6 I think. And leg press 720 for 12. Gotta get back up there and maintain on pct

Its great stuff guys I would definitely say do it if you can handle the sides. If not then its prob best to stay away. Don't sacrifice too much health for results only a little... ;) haha

No its just they take a shit ton of it. They cruise and blast. I would say an off-season blast for Coleman looked like this:

Week 1-14 1500mg test e
Week 1-12 1000mg tren enanthate
Week 1-14 deca 1000mg
Week 1-6 100mg d bol
Week 1-6 150mg anadrol

Something crazy like that that's why he's constantly in and out of the hospital now

My tren-a and test cycle is very favorable as well
Very lean gains lots of vascularity. Will for sure repeat it in a few months

Hi how's it going mate great log. I'm currently on a sus and tri-tren cycle just took my 2nd injection today looking to cut up on this aswell as add some lean mass I'm looking forward to my results. U ever tryed either of them products

Thank you! And no I haven't. I've never heard of tri-tren but it sounds intense. Is it a mixture of different esters of tren? If so then you will definitely put on some solid mass. But you'll also need a good AI. what does your cycle look like?

What ai would u recommend and what pct as I've only ever used test ethenate and deca cycles befor this which is my 4th
 
Well I'm using prami right now and arimadex and I have to say its definitely keeping gyno down. I'm usually prone to gyno easily but no signs yet! You have to know what works well with your body. Aromasin is always a good bet for pct in my opinion. Also look into toremifene its supposed to be great! Don't take nolva with tren though

I'm new to this site and not sure how to start my own thread. But i came off a test/tren cycle 3 months ago used clomid for PCT. Had great gains but I still feel as if my libido is suppressed. Had blood work done test levels were in the normal range. My erections are starting to get back to normal just have trouble if i drink any alcohol. Anyone experience this? Would love some help

I would say the reason you had libido issues is because that is a weak pct for tren. Tren is a very strong drug and requires proper pct. Research on pct protocols all over the internet and learn... also I wouldn't be drinking on cycle. Bad for your liver

yeah i've decided that drinking isn't the best thing all around so i will be giving that up completely until i am recovered. I didn't drink much on cycle just thought after it wouldn't be too bad. I still have another round of clomid do you think I should run another PCT with it? I'm off at school and its rough to get a hold of anything. If no progress is made im going back to the doctor in a month to get things checked out.

I know i'm an idiot for jumping into all this not knowing about everything, one of my friends talked me into it and now i just want that normal feeling back again haha.
 
It ok but no don't do clomid again by itself that wouldn't do anything. Maybe get an otc test booster and some ZMA to help. Everyone on this board says hcgenerate works wonders look into that. Personally I have never tried it.

Alright guys little change of plans. I'm doing two shows in Aug and Sept so I'm going to bulk up for 3 more months. So I'm going to add olive oil to every meal and more carbs. Got like 2 or 3 pins of tren ace left and this is my 5th week. Adding in 200mg of prop after tren and continuing the 500 test e for like 4 more weeks! Get swole

Sounds good bro... Make sure you balance the protein with the upped oils and fats (as you would already know lol)

I will protein is my main concentration! I'm not going to add in prop I gotta save it for next cycle money is kinda tight right now :/ so I'm just going to do 600mg of test for the remainder of my cycle. Next cycle pre contest will hopefully be test prop, masteron, winstrol, and clenbuterol!! .... by the way this is at 5 50a.m..... (damn fina)

Last pin of tren today :/ darn. But I have about 4-5 weeks of test left at 600mg. Do you guys think I will continue to gain or just maintain now since the tren is gone? I did increase the test dosage by 100mg. Weight is still between 197-198

I posted it before a couple pages ago.. arimadex and prami. I'm slowly going to taper off prami since I'm done with the tren now. Ill run a-dex up until pct then just do pct and be done
