Test and tren log

Well I was up two pounds yesterday my diet has been really good and healthy. So much easier to stay motivated to eat right on cycle.. no sides yet to speak of besides acne but I just started some light tanning to get rid of some of that. Today is an off day for me and I am going to wait till Monday to weigh myself again. I hate weighing myself everyday and seeing small progress id rather do it like once a week so I can see more weight. Also, I don't believe that you should go by the scale.. you go by the mirror (how you look)

Just started peg mgf tonight for my injured shoulder. 200mcg every other day so we'll see if it helps!

Sorry I haven't been posting much. Tomorrow I will weigh myself for the first time in about 5 days so we'll see. I woke up feeling really sick today so unfortunately I didn't eat too much but after the gym I felt better. More vasculairty coming in for sure. Its been two weeks now. Hope you guys are still following ill post an update tomorrow

Disappointed right now. I've only gained 3 pounds in 2 weeks. My training is going really well but my diet isn't there. I eat healthy but not enough. I've been under the weather since Saturday and my appetite has been way down. But I can't make excuses I'm going to carefully track my cals everyday now and get about 2800-3000. Gotta step it up

Alright guys sorry I have not been updating I was sick and pissed because I had no appetite and was losing weight. But today I was 190. I ate so much today you would think I was being paid to eat. I decided to eat like I'm bulking still keeping it lean and then do cardio to keep abs and low bf% so I was up 5lbs today and did forearms at the end of my workout. I never have seen so much vsscularity in my arms. I had veins connecting from my shoulders down to my wrists. I feel great and am getting bigger and more shredded. Please comment if you're still following!

Good to know thanks man! Also I really am not getting too many sides besides breaking out on my back and chest a little but oh well. Does anyone have any questions about anything??

I think at 185lbs and only eating 2800-3000 calories a day 3lbs in two weeks is impressive, if you don't eat big you won't get big gains.....are you leaning out at all from the tren? If so I'd be happy with were you're at
 
Yes I am up 5 lbs now. I had like a 4 pack when I started and now I have a decently prominent 6 pack. Also I have a lot more vascularity as I said which I'm really happy with. I'm at like 3000 cals now
