Terrible before and after pics

holy sh*t...thats a hell of a difference...my pics aren't any where as dramatic cuz i've never been huge or built like that but when i got hit by a truck on my motorcycle 2.5 years ago, i definitely had a before and after shock = 50lbs of not so good weight if you know what i mean...

it was chrohns disease or severe colitis
he looks like you average man in that suit but bet he is still cut and hard as rock just much smaller.

i saw him at a gym i used to work out at about 5-8 yrs ago, really cant remember exactly how long. he was in his prime though. anyway, i was on a bike right next to him and he was HUGE, so much so that it looked like a cartoon was sitting next to me. other than his freakish build he did not look healthy at all. he was eating spoonfuls of some white powder that i assumed was creatine as it had just become popular, he ate about 5-6 spoonfuls washing it down with water which really looked bizar. he was breathing extremely hard and labored not normal at all and he just seemed like he could keel over at any time. like i said other than the unbelievably huge muscles sticking out everwhere he looked ill and his hair looked like it belonged on a 90 yr old, very thin strands and balding over his entire head, not just on top but on the sides and back as well. he was so bizar looking in every imaginable way you could think of everybodys eyeballs were glued on him. and it wasnt just his size it was more about the combination of someone who was as physically fit looking as a person could be with the distinct look of very old age. sorry to ramble but it definatly left an impression on me as one of the most bizar looking individuals ive ever seen. probably could have made huge money as a circus side show.......................

take the suit off and i bet he's gone!!! in all honesty if i was that big and even with a disease, lost the good majority of my size i'd give up. just from being so bummed out over it. poor dude looks like a zombie!! i hope it's bs!!

For 1995 champion Mike Francois, life is grounded in family. Even on the night he won, the Westerville man -- the first central Ohioan to win -- celebrated with his family instead of the night-life crowd.
The year he won he was stricken with ulcerative colitis. Years of complications followed. He was hospitalized and not expected to live. The nightmare ended with the removal of much of his colon in 1998.
Today he weighs 195 pounds, 80 pounds less than his championship weight. He is a professional trainer and hosts the annual Mike Francois Classic at Olentangy Liberty High School every year.
"In this point in my life, it's not even me," he said of his champion likeness. "It's so long ago and so different. Most people probably wouldn't recognize me."
Francois said he doesn't follow the sport.
"It's like a car crash. I want to look but I don't want to. You start to think. 'If I could have done it one more time . . .'
"But then I wouldn't have my wife and kids. And I wouldn't give that up for anything," said Francois, who has two children, Beau, 5, and Eli, 3, with his wife, Shannan.
Besides dedication and sacrifice, former champions acknowledge that supplements are a part of the training.

That pic of him in a suit is probably very misleading. I bet he looks great under it. Sure, not as big but I bet its nothing to be ashamed of.
