I received my sample bottle of N2Burn this morning and have already taken my first dose. A little about me. I am 42 years old, 6'1", 192 lbs. I just recently completed a bulk cycle and, according to the calpers, I am at 13% BF.
For the past six months, my workouts were based on a 5 day split of a power/hypertrophy routine. Three weeks ago, I switched to a 5x5 routine to give my joints a break. I will be lifting M-W-F and performing 30-40 minutes of cardio on T, Thurs and Sat.
My calorie breakdown during the one-month log will be 3,000 calories (40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat) on workout days, and 2,800 (50%,20%, 30%) on cardio days.
My goal is to get my BF percentage down to 8%.

Intraworkout - 2 scoops Core ABCs
Postworkout/breakfast:
2 whole eggs/6 egg whites
2 slices Ezekiel Bread
1.5 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1 nectarine
Mid-Morning Snack - 2 scoops Myofusion
Lunch
9 oz. grilled chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
Afternoon Meal:
6 oz. pork tenderloin
1 cup brown rice
Dinner
2/3 pound ground turkey
1 cup broccoli
