I had 2 surgeries myself, and it is still a major problem.
Surgeries aren't 100%. In fact the success rate for the second surgery that I had is only around 75%. My first surgery was a epicondile release. The second was a revision plus the detached a peice of muscle and relocated it over top of the most affected area.(pretty invasive for a surgery that only has a 75%success rate)...needless to say, it still hurts like hell.
Just like the cortisone injections...sometimes the surgeries just hide the problem.
