how fat did we get this Holdiay season?:)

also what are you going to do about it?

me <~~~~~~~ 290 but 19% should be 255-260 at around 10-11%

ps my diet will be this for two months

3-4 meals consisting of chicken breasts and chopped up vegitables blended with salsa

and one meal of oatmeal and Gplenish

I didn't either. I find that once I am on a diet for any long period of time, that overeating becomes an uncomfortable feeling that I generally try to avoid. Even though I might eat more during holiday times, and indulge in gravy, pastries, and shit I normally wouldn't eat, I still never stuff myself.

lol, you sound like me...My mom can eat more than me in one sitting...and she is maybe 150 lbs :o
She is like come on...eat more lol...and I can't do it...:mix:

Overeating makes my stomach hurt and makes me lethargic and too full for the next meal 2 hours later...
 
Well, before my christmas piggout I was doing two a days at the gym on no carbs, so I was very depleted, and it did nothing more than replenish muscle glycogen. ALWAYS schedule cheat/refeed days around family gatherings where everyoen is pigging out.
 
I didn't either, that is gain weight during the holidays....first time in a long time, but I've got a goal, and coming in lean by mid Jan is very important.
 
i lost weight... fucking flu!!!

people knew i was sick at work when i didn't take my protein shakes every 2 hrs on the dot. and then when i had to call in sick... all in all i lost 7 lbs and 2 weeks in the gym.. it's cool, i'll make that up plus more in a few weeks:p
 
This is a painfull post :) - I ate like a PIG last week. Not enough protine, too much sugar/carbs (pastries and CAKES for the love of god!). Oh well, one week per year isn't gonna kill me - and it is cold where I live so I can "hide" my larger stomache untill I lose it again in a few weeks :).
 
i didn't gain any either. believe me i ate like a pig, but my training is so intense as of late that i could eat anything and not gain. that said i'm still walking around with too much fat for my taste, i imagine around 13%. :(
 
all i can say gentleman is since last week heartburn is out of control and my back feels like i'm carying a small child in a napsack....(up at least 5 lbs pure fat) Happy Holidays to all........................
 
I actually lost a little fat, but Ive got a screaming fast metabolism and a healthy dose of test/eq/dbol flowing through my system :)
 
Gained 5 lbs! :) I ate like a piggy and enjoyed every second. I figure it is mostly water due to the excessive carbs and sodium. It'll be gone in a few days. :)
 
I gained 12 lbs last week in St. Lucia.....I've never eaten so much in one week.....if I have to see another buffet I might kill myself
 
I took the week off from the gym and lost 10lbs, i swear I'm the only person out there to lose weight over the holidays
 
i actually lost weight. I have had the flu since the 24th. I couldnt eat anything for first 2 days. It suxed. I missed christmas dinner. I just got to enjoy some x-mas dinner left overs. I figure ill use getting the flu as a jump start to my diet.
 
Unfortunately with eight months out with torn knee cartilage and a torn rhomboid from an accident I am coming in 195 and about 19% BF, lost muscle and gained fat so I figure its time for a cutter and some sweet pain.Just started new cycle the day after christmas
 
There are definitely some LIARS on this thread. I ate like a fucking pig and I bet the rest of you did too. I gained about 10 lbs of pure, unadulterated FAT. I feel like a loafing piece of nonsense. Oh well, I'll get back in the gym after the 1st with all the other resolutioners that I used to criticize.
 
i'm in needsize's boat. i took the week off from the gym and was up with my family in another state. i lost weight and strength. it's too hard to get six meals a day in when you're not in your element. today was my first day back in the gym...did legs. it was nothing but humbling punishment, with more punishment to come once the soreness sets in. i will be mainlining gplenish over the next few days.

I started my cycle a week or so ago for the very reason that the holidays are a natural time to bulk... with the AAS in my system the calories will be going more towards muscle building than they otherwise would have.

I gained like 5lbs.
 
i am a fatass right now, only have trained 5 times since thanksgiving and have eaten everything in sight. currently sitting at a robust 265 lbs @ 20% bf.

jumping back into training today, cardio starting tommorow/ low carbs/ high protein/mod fat diet.
want to get to around 230 @ 12% bf by april.
 
HOLY COW - 12 LBS in a week and a half!! no more cake for me... that makes me 6' 3" 220 lbs and about 800% bodyfat :D. I love bulking season. Cutting is a distant memory, not to haunt me until February!
 
just got through my first workout in 2 weeks and i feel great!
cardio in the morning will be a pain but at least i'm getting back into the swing of things.

:worried: midsection,had to loosen my belt 2 notches,i'm quite proud! its a blubber of love i tell you,I swear i never had a better time this year gorging everything in sight!!!!!:D I'm sadden that it must come to an end this weekend.

why not just stay thin all year round. it so much easier that way.
 
I got sick of forcefeeding myself 8+ times a day, so I decided to just eat when I was hungry over the holidays, so maybe 4 times a day, that was a nice change
 
Despite keeping pretty much squeaky clean, I've gained a mm on my fat caliper... taking me from 8% to 10%. The weed I just got is making me really hungry...
