Here's my situation:
I recently (within last 6 months) have gotten a new workout partner. He's been a friend for a real long time and joined my gym a recently. He's fairly new to weight lifting, but we are almost equal in strength due to his huge genetics.

My problem is should I tell him I am about to start a cycle? He doesn't know I do or ever have juiced. I don't want anyone to know. Only two people know now and I'd trust my life with them. I believe I can trust him not to tell, but I've been wrong in that area before. Plus since he's fairly new to weight lifting I'm afraid he will want to just automatically jump into a cycle as many newbies do before really reaching their peak. At the same time I don't want him to risk hurting himself trying to keep up with me.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Alien, I wouldn't tell him if I were you. Wait until he gets more into the lifting and is a bit more hardcore. Then he'll understand and keep your secret. For now, keep it to yourself.

Keep to yourself but chances are he will figure it out unless he is a retard. I never wanted anyone to figure out I juiced but when I gained 30lbs of muscle in 12 weeks it was sorta hard to tell people, oh it was just my lucky 3 months of growth :D . But deny deny deny to the end like I did. Now I couldnt give two shits anymore. But at first I did and everyone knew due to the size I got. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the replies. That's what I was wanting to hear.:)

What about my strength increase? Since we are right now equal in strength, he will definately notice me getting stronger. I was thinking of gradually going up in weight when we work out together, then whenever he can't make it to the gym do my heavy stuff then.
Whataya think?

I might can pull this off because this cycle is going to be a cutting cycle. I'm bulked right now and he knows I'm going to get cut here soon, so I will actually drop some mass/weight. The strength increase is my main concern. That's going to be hard to hide.

No need to 'gradually go up in weight'. Perform the routines to the best of your ability. Otherwise, you are just wasting your money for the cycle. I don't see why both of you would not be able to work out; you would just use different weights. I think you should ALWAYS go heavy (using proper form of course), and having your partner there is an asset that you should use.

Dont slow down yourself because of him bro.
Just do the best you can and look out for yourself.
Tell him you're taking a shitload of creatine and glutamine or whatever.
