I EAT:: 3 muscles mass shakes /day 800 calories each...WAKEUP:: 4 eggs, bacon, either oatmeal or half bagel...then shake__ AFTERNOON:: usually tuna or chicken with potatoe or rice...then shake...then two peanut butter jellies...Monday's (Pasta dish) Friday(Big MaC) cheat day___DINNER:: Steak, talipia, something BIG and red try to pack on carbs before sleep..another shake....Very fast metab. but very good genes.. can bulk nicely.
