I will be eating clean and doing 45min-hour of cardio 5 times a week. protein about 250gs a day and carbs around 2000-2500 a day. do you think i should up the carbs? Im lookin to add some mass and drop a little body fat. will be drinking at least 2 gallons of water a day. Im worried about the deca cause people say it takes 4 to 5 weeks to kick in. do you think i should put the deca at the begining of the cycle. sorry about all the questions. Just wondering what you all think.
