You may want to spend some time in the gym training also. Everyone keeps telling you not to worry that you'll get your size back. What I say to all of you is WHAT SIZE? I see 1600+ posts and skinny arms, chest and deltoids that barely look as if they've ever completed a push-up. I think the whole bunch of you should get out from behind your keyboards and head to the gym for a change. Thousands of posts = no time for training but plenty of time for yapping. No offense, just calling a spade a spade.

Bro I can even begin to tell you the shit that I've overcome. Long story short, two car accidents. One in 2002 and the other in 2005. Breaking my neck in both accidents. Breaking a leg, shoulder, ribs.....the list goes on...WAY ON. Needless to say, I've been through some shit. To this very day I'm grateful as hell to all the physical therapists I had that basically kept pushing me when I wanted quit. I never thought that I could get to where I am now. So in conclusion, if you stick with the PT, you will be back in the gym in no time and probably exceeding where you were before you broke your arm. Good luck bro!
