i had my 5th thoracic vert. shattered. took 16 months, but i made it back in. this really isn't anything to worry about. you young dudes always look to be like Arnold in a year or less, never considering what you want to look like when you're in your 30's, 40's etc....

yeah i was 6 foot 210...for peeps who saw my pics before spring break could tell i was making big positive changes,now its haulted


on the brighter side i road the bike and did sum light liftingwith my left arm and even lighter with my right....feelt good
