Not staged. Theres a video. That guy is the police cheif, and they were arresting VC sympathizers. The cheifs family had been killed earlier during the war by the VCs and he took his anger out on that VC. The VC was ofcourse killed.

Yeah, I've seen the video. I pretty sure I saw it the first time it was broadcast on NBC. By "staged" I meant that it was done for the benefit of the cameras. They knew to be there, there were two TV news crews and at least one still photographer present, they weren't just capturing a random event.
