Yesterday did another round of cardio indoor cycling intervals for 40min and some abs. (600kcal burned)
Meal 5: Proteinshake (160kcal 35g of protein)
Meal 6: Pork and vegetables (not my choice but visiting my aunt. Ate two rounds of pork so that she didn't comment on me not eating the rice she served ;) )

Sunday:
Had a long 8.5hours sleep in and started the day with a protein shake.
Was contemplating jogging but think my body needs a rest! Will do back training tonite and easy cardio.

My fourth day on v low carb and I'm still feeling fine! Awaiting the keto sticks (can't get them in Norway so I bought them off Ebay)
 
Meal 2:
1 hard boiled egg
Few pieces of ham

Meal 3:
approx 150g salmon
salad

Meal 4:
Protein drink 35g protein

Back workout!
Felt strong today! :mix:

Pulldown: warm up set
8x40kgs
8x60kgs
6X70kgs

Seated row with bar high up
warm up set
8x40kgs
8x40kgs

Standing pulldown
8x35kgs
10x35kgs

Rowing:
warm up set
8x 26kgs
8x 30 kgs

Deadlift
warm up set
8x 50kgs
6x 70kgs
6x 70kgs
Was pretty beat with no glyogen in the muscles! Shud have been able to do sets on 80kgs but this was enough for me tday!
20mins on the stairmaster

Meal 5:
175g chicken breast
few pine nuts
2tbs MCT oil
ruccola salad
 
Powerwalk and cycling 90mins- 60-70%max heart rate

Meal 6:
175g chicken breast
Pine nuts
Ruccola
Few dried tomatoes
2tbs MCT oil
Vinegar

Snack: 150g fromage fraise.

trying to study now, partly working although I'm feeling tired. Will go to bed early tonite...
 
Sunday 17th April:
Woke up early this morning so managed to study for a few hours.
Meal 1:
Protein shake approx 40g protein
A few nuts

Off to the gym to do some cardio now. Not feeling perfect probably because I wore to little clothes yesterday. :worried: Will go easy on the cardio...
 
Meal 2:
175g chicken breast
few pine nuts
salad
2tb MCT oil

Meal 3:
150g chicken breast
few pine nuts
2tb MCT oil
50g peas

Meal 4:
100g fromage fraise

Shoulder training, lifted heavy and felt OK

10min cardio- still a bit sore throat so keeping it easy

Meal 5:
150g turkey breast patties (not recommended)
1dip ketchup
50g peas

Meal 6:
150g fromage fraise
 
Tuesday 18th April

Cardio 60mins, easy today still not feeling top shape

Meal 1:
6 eggwhites
2TB MCT oil


Meal 2:
Salad
5 eggwhites
Tad of olive oil
Vegetables
