Meal 6: Pork and vegetables (not my choice but visiting my aunt. Ate two rounds of pork so that she didn't comment on me not eating the rice she served

Sunday:
Had a long 8.5hours sleep in and started the day with a protein shake.
Was contemplating jogging but think my body needs a rest! Will do back training tonite and easy cardio.
My fourth day on v low carb and I'm still feeling fine! Awaiting the keto sticks (can't get them in Norway so I bought them off Ebay)
