Tbol as a bridge

Has anyone ever done this?

I've heard from people it's mild and not very suppressive, I personally think there may be some truth in that but wasn't sure as I came across mixed opinions, I believe that it will supress endo test quite abit and will tax the liver quite a lot.

Plus, I heard 80mg a day works very well for strength and lean gains.

tbols awesome, but the whole bridge theory make no sense to me unless your on TRT. The whole purpose of coming off is to recover, and your not recovering when inducing exogenous hormones. Save the tbol, make a proper recover, wait the appropriate amount of time, then cycle again.

^^ that, you won't recover if continue to take an aas. Even if is a milder one.
Tbol is sometimes compared to a dbol light.

I don't like this either. You want to recover and that shit is going to prevent it. I know some guys here do the same with Dbol and proviron. It just doesn't make sense.

i agree with everyone else... where is the recovery time bro? i mean, mild or not, your never giving yourself a chance to recover... if you really want a bridge, do a sarms bridge...

Tbol is a steroid and a pretty good one at that. If you bridge with it your only further suppressing yourself and not recovering. Basically dont do it. Your body will thank you in the long run.

Yeh, that's exact what I thought, I find that recovery is quite quick from Tbol.
Some people recover from it within 4 weeks after a 4 week cycle.
How does 4 week on / 4 week off etc. sound, I know it depends on the individual and how quick they recover, effectiveness of PCT.
I'm thinking of doing that using Clomid, HCGen for PCT

hey bro... are you asking if you can run tbol 4 weeks, then do pct for 4 weeks? and then only a 4 week break?

If you did that then its 4 on and 8 off. Pct is part of your time off. After pct take the additional 4 weeks off. If your only running oral cycles then Id go 6 weeks on, or 8 weeks on anavar. Even though orals have short half lives they still take about a week for blood levels to stabilize. This would give you 5 weeks of feeling like an animal versus only 3.

If they arent gaining after 4 weeks then they are doing something wrong. I run aas cycles for 12-16 weeks at a time and make progress the whole time.

Okay, well both doing 80 mgs and doing a bridge are bad ideas anyway.

Why is doing 80mg a day a bad idea?
I've read many people doing it at that dose and having great effects. Apparently you need 60-70mg a day to feel something :S.

Goal is to gain btw not maintain or cut.
Thanks

Bad idea for off time. TBOL is an AAS that will still be suppressive and hinder natural recovery.

If you don't know what's wrong with taking 80 mgs of an oral, my explaining it won't help.

I still say there is really no such thing as a bridge--you are either on or off. If using OTC supps, then you may still be deemed on as some are so freakin strong.

My issues is bros behave differently when off (diet/sleep/alcohol/not watching for trouble signs)--so decide if you are on or off.
