Taurine

its similar to an amino acid, but in reality its a sulfanic acid in the bile.

when you run clen or certain AAS you will get pumps/cramps.. increasing taurine helps offset those.

N2guard has taurine and i run it and I feel much better. the reason taurine is linked to whats been said in this thread as being bad is cause its used in energy drinks which have built up a bad reputation.
 
One gram per day did nothing for me. Upping the doses definitely did, and it was a much needed relief to be able to walk normally again.

I take 1 to 1.5g to cut down on calf and shin pumps during runs. I didn't think to run as high of roses as I'm seeing in this thread. It helps me a little at 1.5 but now I'm gonna bump to 3g.
